Kataria Travels Terms and Conditions
Greetings from Kataria Travels. You accept the terms stated in our Terms & Conditions by visiting and using our website or making a reservation for our travel services. These rules are intended to give every consumer a seamless, safe, and open experience.
You attest to the accuracy of all the information when you reserve a car or travel service with Kataria Travels. The availability of the vehicle and full payment are prerequisites for our booking confirmation. Before confirming, customers must carefully review all booking details.
There is no refund for cancellations made less than twenty-four hours prior to the planned departure time. Any modifications to the itinerary must be announced at least 48 hours beforehand. Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled by Kataria Travels due to unavoidable circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen technical issues.
All passengers are expected to follow travel safety rules and respect vehicle cleanliness during the journey. Kataria Travels is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged during travel.
For any disputes, the jurisdiction will be the courts located in [Your City Name]. Please read these Terms & Conditions thoroughly before booking with Kataria Travels.

1️⃣ Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made through official Kataria Travels channels: website, email, phone, or authorized travel agents.
- A booking will be confirmed only after receiving a booking form (where applicable) and the prescribed deposit amount.
- Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the journey unless stated otherwise in the package details.
2️⃣ Payment Terms
- A non-refundable advance payment of 15% is required to confirm the booking.
- The balance payment must be cleared 1 days before the departure date.
- Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, credit card, or online payment gateways.
3️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be notified in writing via email or official message.
- Cancellation charges:
- 5% of the total amount if canceled [30+ days] before departure.
- 50% of the total amount if canceled [15–29 days] before departure.
- No refund for cancellations made [0–14 days] before departure.
- Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after deducting applicable charges.
4️⃣ Travel Documents & Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, and other required documents.
- Kataria Travels will assist with visa and document guidance but holds no responsibility for any rejection, delay, or loss.
5️⃣ Liability & Responsibility
- Kataria Travels acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other service providers.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, or third-party negligence.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Kataria Travels reserves the right to cancel or alter travel arrangements without prior notice, in the interest of traveler safety.
6️⃣ Health & Safety
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to travel and participate in the chosen activities.
- Any known medical conditions should be disclosed at the time of booking.
7️⃣ Use of Personal Data
- Kataria Travels respects your privacy and will protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Information collected during the booking process will be used only for travel management and service purposes.
8️⃣ Jurisdiction
- All disputes arising out of travel bookings with Kataria Travels shall fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
